Isabel Mayfair is part of a family of restaurants and bars whose reach is global, from London, to New York and the Middle East. For the month of February, the bar teams across our group have collaborated to design a limited-edition cocktail menu, bringing together innovative tastes and flavours from around the globe, and all made with love.

Alongside our signature cocktail menu, every month our talented bar team create a special cocktail, often in collaboration with an exciting, innovative brand or creative mind.

These more experimental cocktails allow us to flex our innovative capabilities, utilise hyper-seasonal ingredients and push the boundaries of contemporary mixology. Often inspired by the time of year, they offer our guests another fresh, new experience with every visit.
